Pig In



Variety is the Spice of Life as someone once said and this sums up my attitude to cooking at home. Rarely a day goes by when I'm not surrounded by my collection of amazing cook books and planning what I'm going to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner that day or that week. I'm always looking for the next brand new dish to cook, hating to repeat one (unless it s particularly successful!)



If I've got guests coming for dinner then don't plan on hearing from me for the week beforehand as my menu planning goes into fifth gear! That is what excites me the most cooking for other people and if the smoke alarm doesn't go off, I take it as a success!
